A man has been hospitalised and another arrested after an incident believed to have started in a pub in Putney.
Police were called to a venue in Upper Richmond Road to reports of an assault at 1.28am on Saturday (May 13).
London Ambulance Service attended and took a man, aged in his 50s, to a central London hospital.
His injuries were described as “not life-threatening”.
A spokesperson for the Met Police said: “The incident is believed to have started inside a pub in Upper Richmond Road and continued outside.
“A 32-year-old man was arrested on Saturday, 13 May, on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and was taken to a west London police station for questioning.”
He has been released under investigation.
