Metro Bank has announced it will open its second Clapham branch later this year.
The new branch in Clapham High Street will create a further 25 jobs and follows the bank opening at Clapham Junction in 2016,
The planned store boasts instant account opening, on-the-spot card printing and more than 1,200 safe deposit boxes for customer use.
Iain Kirkpatrick, managing director of retail banking at Metro Bank, said: "We just can’t get enough of Clapham.
“As a fast developing town, Clapham is a fantastic community to be part of and we’re delighted to have found another great location to serve it from."
Metro Bank operates in ‘retail hours, not banking hours’, welcoming pet owners and children in store.
Its doors are open every day of the week, including 8am to 8pm Monday to Fridays, 8am to 6pm on Saturday, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
