The man accused of murdering Malachi Brooks in Battersea will appear in the Old Bailey today (September 6).
Joel Preddie, 20, of Chantry Way, Mitcham, was charged on Saturday, September 2 with murder and arson.
Malachi, 21, was stabbed to death in Surrey Lane in the early hours of the morning on March 28.
Another man arrested in connection with the murder, Abdul Popatpotra, 26, is due to appear in the same court on September 29.
Both were remanded in custody after a hearing at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on September 4.
