Major disruptions have hit train lines between London Waterloo and Barnes.
The delays are being caused by a signalling problem between Putney and Barnes which has now been fixed.
Trains running between London Waterloo and Barnes may still be cancelled, delayed or revised until 12pm.
South Western Railway are working on a train plan to deal with the disruptions.
Tickets may be used on London Underground via any reasonable route and TFL buses.
They may also be used on Great Western Railway services between Reading and London Paddington and Southern services between Clapham Junction and London Victoria.
