A police appeal has been launched after a woman was seriously injured in a crash in Battersea.
The victim, 42, was struck by a car in Battersea Rise near the junction with Eccles Road as she was crossing the road.
Police were called to the scene at about 11am on Wednesday, January 10.
The car involved, a green Volvo, stopped at the scene.
A spokesman for Met Police said: “The driver is assisting police with their enquiries - there have been no arrests.
“The victim remains in hospital in a serious condition after suffering a foot injury - her injuries are not life threatening.”
Officers from the Met's Serious Collision Investigation Unit continue to deal and are appealing for information.
