A man has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in Ellerton Road, Wandsworth on April 1.
Billy Botton, 24 of Deeside Road, Wandsworth was arrested on April 2 and charged with murder on April 3.
He has been remanded to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates Court today (April 4).
A murder investigation was launched after a 20-year-old man was fatally stabbed after he left a bar on Easter Sunday.
Police were called shortly after midnight at 1.10am to reports that a man was injured on Ellerton Road.
Officers rushed to the scene where they found the man with a stab injury and paramedics from London Ambulance Service and officers tried to save the man but he pronounced dead.
His next of kin were informed and formal identification awaits.
