Body found floating in a fishpond in Surbiton

Comments (0)The body of a 29-year-old man was found floating in a Surbiton fishpond on Saturday.
Kingston Police have named the man as Ashley Warburton, from Surbiton.
A member of the public discovered the body in the Fishponds Park, Ewell Road, at 8pm on Saturday, July 19 and alerted police.
Kingston police said Mr Warburton was lying face down in the pond and his death is not being treated as suspicious.
He has been formally identified and his next of kin have been informed.
A postmortem examination took place at Kingston Mortuary on July 20.
