Some 1,350, punters enjoyed a tipple at the first Wandsworth Common Beer Festival, held at the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building, last week.
Drinkers sampled from more than 70 real ales from around the UK, and 10p from each pint sold was donated to the Friends of Wandsworth Museum.
Festival organiser Mark Justin said: “Plans are afoot for a winter festival in late October, plus, of course another in last weekend of March 2010. Beer of the festival was Sambrook's Wandle Ale.”
