Police have renewed their appeal for information about a murder in Wandsworth which happened more than nine months ago.

Nathan Douglas was found stabbed in the neck in Lebanon Road last November 3, at 11.30pm.

Detectives say Mr Douglas, a 20-year-old from Grosvenor Terrace, Peckham, had come to Wandsworth with friends but left them to meet someone.

He returned with at least one stab wound and police and paramedics were called.

Despite attempts to save him from ambulance crews, Mr Douglas was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to police a man was seen running along Cromford Road shortly after the incident.

Detective Chief Inspector Russell Taylor, from the homicide and serious crime command, said: β€œAt this stage we believe the victim has arrived in the area of Cromford Road in a silver Renault Megane at about 11.15pm. The car then drove over to Lebanon Road where Nathan left his friends and went to meet someone.

"A short time later he has returned suffering from at least one stab wound and the police were called.

"We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw the car arrive and its subsequent movements, as well as a male who was seen to run along Cromford Road shortly after the incident.”
