Colin Salmon and Gianluca Vialli at party for community film
James Bond actor Colin Salmon and Italian football manager Gianluca Vialli were among the guests at a party aimed at finding investors for a community film.
One Square Mile (OSM), is the brainchild of writer and producer Leon Butler who plans to use local people and businesses to make it a reality.
The filming will take place in Battersea and will support local charities STORM and the School of Hard Knocks.
Inbetweeners star Emily Attack was one of 150 people who showed up to the exclusive party in a private club in St James's, Westminster, last Thursday.
They were given a talk about how the film will be financed and some background on the charities it is supporting.
Party-goers were then entertained by music from James McCartney.
The party follows OSM's launch event in Bunga Bunga, Battersea Bride Road, Battersea in March.
Since then a top UK casting agent has come on board and a script-read through is taking place next month involving actors such as Denise Van Outen.
Creator Mr Butler said: "We have moved on a lot since Bunga Bunga. It was a huge success last night and we had around 150 guests and James McCartney went down well."
The film will have a stall in Fred Wells Gardens, Battersea High Street, Battersea on June 4 to raise money for the charities.
