Hundreds of canines micro-chipped for free
11:26am Wednesday 15th August 2012 in News
Dog owners took their pooches to a free micro-chipping and dog-tag engraving event last week.
It was organised by Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, with staff setting up a stall by the Clapham Common bandstand, in Windmill Drive, Clapham last Friday.
Hundreds of animal lovers took advantage of the free micro-chipping service, which usually sets back dog owners about £40 at a veterinary surgery.
They could also have a new dog tag engraved on the spot according to the owner’s wishes.

Another micro-chipping event is taking place on August 20, from 11am to 4pm, by the Clapham Common bandstand, Windmill Drive, Clapham.
