'Payment Confirmation' Or is it?
This is the page you see when you make a parking ticket payment for Wandsworth Council.
In big bold letters at the top of the page it states 'Payment Confirmation'. However you have to click the small button on the bottom of the page to confirm. This is really misleading and makes it look like fines have been paid when they haven't.
The council then gets the extra amount, as it is likely after the 14 days reduced period, they then send you a reminder letter.
It appears it has affected others if you look on their twitter just last month.
