Hampton & Richmond Borough face a trip to Basingstoke in the third qualifying round of the FA Trophy after a 2-1 win over Met Police on Saturday.

Belal Aite-Ouakrim bagged both Beavers goals, while Ty Smith got Met Police’s consolation.

There was also Trophy success for Carshalton Athletic as they came from a goal behind to beat Egham Town 2-1 at Colston Avenue.

Tommy Bradford fired the Robins level, and Bobby Price got the winner – they will host either Hythe Town or Whitstable Town on November 16.

Meanwhile, Leatherhead’s interest in the Trophy came to an end at Dulwich Hamlet after a 3-0 defeat.

In the Ryman Premier, Kingstonian returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Leiston at Kingsmeadow.

After back-to-back 2-0 defeats, Ryan Moss and Tommy Kavanagh got the goals for Alan Dowson’s side.

Tooting & Mitcham are the team in form in the Ryman Division One South – following last weekend’s 6-0 win over Whitstable, the Terrors beat Redhill 3-0 on the road.

Sol Pinnock, Cecil Jee and Jordan Cheadle proved too much for the hosts.

There was a surprise at Waterside stadium when league leaders Walton Casuals were held to a 2-2 draw by bottom club Eastbourne – Scott Day and Liam Collins getting the goals.

Dave Hodges got on the score sheet, but Corinthian Casuals continue to struggle going down 3-1 at Peacehaven & Telscombe.
