Richmond launched their London Youth Games season in style with a host of cross-country medals on Saturday.
 

More than 1,200 youngsters competed at  Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, with Richmond enjoying a host of impressive performances.
 

Hannah Novakovic clocked 11 minutes 19 seconds to finish fourth in the U17 girls race and lead the team to gold, while Denmead School student Declan Connolly finished second in the U11 boys race in a time of 5:27 with his Richmond team-mates collecting a team silver.
 

Hampton School student Zak Wort clocked 7:29 to claim silver in the U13 boys event as his team finished just outside the medals in fourth.
 

Next on the London Youth Games agenda is the indoor cricket event in February.
