Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Jake Nicholson is making a fresh start in English football after siging for AFC Wimbledon.
The 21-year-old came through the ranks at White Hart Lane and made his debut in the Europa League draw against Hearts in 2011.
However, he failed to add to that appearance in north London and was released last summer.
After spending time training with Crystal Palace, Nicholson joined Scottish side Morton in November, featuring four times at Cappielow.
Nicholson's time at Spurs was blighted by snaps of him with page 3 models outside nightclubs, and he admitted to going off the rails as a teenager.
However, the youngster has been handed another chance down south by Dons boss Neal Ardley.
Nicholson tweeted: "[I am] pleased to have joined AFC Wimbledon - fresh start for me back in English football."
