Coombe Boys’ School U14 boys earned high praise indeed for their English Schools FA Open Schools’ Cup triumph on Tuesday.
 

Goals from Cameron Thompson,  Jayden Harris, Liam Millar and Gus LEonard secured a 4-1 triumph for the Kingston school over Chester’s Christleton High School at Reading’s Madejski stadium.
 

ESFA chief executive John Read claimed the final showcased ‘the highest standard of football he had ever seen at U14 level’.
