Tooting & Mitcham need a miraculous turnaround in fortunes if they are to avoid playing Ryman Division One South football next season.

The Terrors are facing up to the end of their four-year stay in the Ryman Premier after being thrashed 6-0 at home by Concord Rangers on Saturday.

It made it six straight defeats and nine hours, 57 minutes since their last goal.

With seven games remaining, they are third bottom and 11 points behind Harrow Borough who sit just outside the relegation zone.

Mathematically, they can escape but would need Leatherhead and Harrow to drop points, while the Terrors, who had captain Ronnie Fletcher sent off on Saturday, face difficult games themselves with games against promotion chasing AFC Hornchurch, Wealdstone, Hendon and Bury Town.
