Wimbledon back on the trophy trail

Defenders: Wimbledon’s 2011 title-winning team
Wimbledon begin the defence of their Ryman Surrey Championship Premier Division title this Saturday.
The club lifted the top trophy for the first time since 2002 last year having secured it with two matches to go.
It is not an easy start for them in their defence as they host the team that finished runners-up last year, Sunbury, in their opening match.
The club have confirmed Tim Monteleone is returning as their overseas player this year with Neil Turk continuing as first-team captain.
Old Wimbledonians, who finished seventh in division three last season, host Cranleigh while Mitcham, relegated from division four in September, begin their division five campaign at Oxted & Limpsfield.
