Reunited and it feels so good: Lennie Lawrence has been given clearance to join Dougie Freedman at Bolton Wanderers SP54994
Crystal Palace have released assistant manager Lennie Lawrence from his contract so he can join Dougie Freedman at Bolton Wanderers.
It is widely believed that first team coach Curtis Fleming will be joining the managerial exodus to the Reebok Stadium, but for the time being he will be in charge of first team affairs.
Fleming will be helped by the injured club captain Paddy McCarthy and development coach Jamie Fullarton.
Speculation about who will become the new Eagles manager conitues apace, although Mick McCarthy's appointment at Ipswich Town means one name has been taken out of the ever-bulging hat of possibilities.
