If Brentford are not promoted to the Championship in May, it will not be for the want of a top class back room staff, say boss Mark Warburton.
The Bees, 1-0 winners at Leyton Orient on Saturday thanks to Marcello Trotta's goal, hit the run in with a next to fully fit squad and the Griffin Park chief is in no doubt as to why.
And, if the Bees get to the promised land, Warburton is convinced his off-field staff can help Brentford cope with the step up in class.
"Our back up staff could work at any level," he said on Saturday.
"They are outstanding. I have no doubts they will play a huge part in taking us forward."
