Sutton United officially unveiled the new 3G surface at Gander Green Lane last night, with special guest Alan Pardew doing the ribbon cutting honours.

Crystal Palace's U21 side provided on the night, running out 2-0 winners, in front of 1,500 fans.

Pardew was joined at the ribbon cutting ceremony by Palace legend Mark Bright, Carshalton boxer Ricky Boylan and comedian and Sutton United fan Tim Vine.
