FULL TIME: An impressive victory for Palace who have that lightening quick start to thank and Speroni's penalty save just before the break. That's the unbeaten run extended to six games now and just one defeat in the last 12. Next up, Doncaster Rovers next Saturday. See you then.

93 min: Palace lucky to keep a clean sheet as Cleverley hits the post from outside the box.

90 min: SUB Ambrose goes off to be replaced by N'Diaye. Three minutes added on.

84 min: SUB Helguson off, Henderson on.

84 min: SUB Moses replaced by Smith. He did well today Moses and scored a great goal. Still disappeared far too many times than he should though.

78 min: In his first bit of action, Andrew outmuscles Mariappa and shoots wide with his left foot when a pass to the free Moses might have been beaten. A minute later, Ambrose shoots wide after good work from Moses and Danns.

76 min: SUB, Alan Lee, who has won everything in the air today, goes off to a standing ovation to be replaced by Calvin Andrew.

73 min: Fonte and Speroni get themselves in an awful mess trying to clear a long ball and collide. Helguson can't take advantage though and in a mad scramble Speroni gathers the ball.

70 min: Another chance for Watford as Graham shoots wide from the edge of the box. Palace need to keep concentrating. Nobody wants a nervy end to the game.

67 min: Palace caught out a little at the back and Helguson is given time to volley over from an acute angle.

66 min: "Some of us remember a certain play off match at Selhurst – and really enjoy this revenge. Beautiful." Sigve, from Norway. I remember it too Sigve and yes, it is very sweet.

61 min: SUB: Harley off, Ellington on.

56 min: A lovely one-two between Moses and Ambrose sets up the former but Loach saves his drilled shot.

54 min: YELLOW CARD. Danns booked for a sliding tackle.

54 min: GOAL! And that's game over surely. Danns wins the ball on the edge of the box and Moses picks it up. He takes it all the way to their box then lays it off to DARREN AMBROSE, who finds enough space to whip the ball into the top corner. Six in six for him.

53 min: A lot of fouls being given away at the minute so it's all very stop start.

48 min: Oh Victor Victor. With Palace breaking and Ertl in miles of space to his right, Moses goes alone and loses the ball. His decision making is poor sometimes.

46 min: And we're back under way.

HALF TIME: Crucial stop that by Speroni just before half time. It would have changed the whole complexion of the second half had Watford scored that. For the first time in a long time Palace go off to a standing ovation and cheers all around. They deserve that though they have ridden their luck. Good game though.

45 min: PENALTY AND SAVE. Lansbury runs rings around Lee in the corner who follows him into the box then trips him up. Looked to be just outside but the ref gives it anyway. Graham takes the penalty and Speroni dives to his left to keep it out. Super stop and the fans are signing his name again.

44 min: YELLOW CARD. Harley very late on Fonte and deservedly gets booked. Fonte rolled over two or three times more than was necessary.

43 min: A Butterfield cross almost sets up another goal but this time Dann's header hits the ground and bounces into Loach's arms.

38 min: Danns wins a free kick that Ambrose whips in. With Fonte waiting to tap the ball into the net from five yards Lansbury gets in a great clearance.

34 min: Watford break through Palace and Graham gets in front of Hill to head Lansbury's cross straight at Speroni.

32 min: Watford with a little spell of pressure but Palace hold firm without too much trouble.

27 min: Fonte fouls Harley 25 yards out but the ref waves play on as Hodson lines up a shot that drifts harmlessly wide. Apologies if the updates are a little slow, I'm having plenty of problems with the internet connection today.

22 min: Fonte and Helguson both go in for a tackle two-footed but just get a talking to from the ref. There have been quite a few niggly moments so far.

20 min: A great ball from Ambrose almost puts Moses through again but Hodson clears for a corner from which Danns shins a volley over.

19 min: A long throw from Moses finds it way to Derry on the edge of the box, but his drilled shot goes just wide.

14 min: Danns has started well playing on the left of a midfield four with Moses up front with Lee. Lots of ball in the air though at the minute.

9 min: YELLOW CARD. Davis gets his takcle on Lansbury all wrong outside the box after Ertl gives the ball away and picks up his fourth booking in five games. Cleverley's free kick goes just wide with Speroni beaten. Great start to the game.

6 min: GOAL! Amazing stuff as Palace go two up. Danns goes on a mazy run through the middle of the park and gets the ball out to Butterfield on the right. Doyley gives him far too much time to cross the ball and ALAN LEE outjumps Hodson to put Palace two goals to the good.

2 min: GOAL! Palace in front and it's a little bit of brilliance from VICTOR MOSES. Lee heads on Speroni's long free kick and Moses controls it with his head, then flicks it past the defender with his right foot and calmly slots home with his left.

1 min: And we're off!

2.55pm: PALACE: Speroni, Butterfield, Fonte, Davis, Hill, Derry, Ertl, Danns, Ambrose, Moses, Lee. Subs: Clyne, Carle, Sears, Andrew, Comley, Smith, N'Diaye.

WATFORD: Loach, Mariappa, Lansbury, Graham, Helguson, Doyley, Harley, Cleverley, Cathcart, Eustace, Hodson. Subs: Severin, Lee, Bennett, Henderson, Ellington, Sadler, Bryan.

2.50pm: Team news for today sees Palace make one change with Victor Moses replacing Freddie Sears up front as the Eagles look to score some goals and from someone else other than Darren Ambrose. James Comley and Ryan Smith return to a bench that is without Stern John, who was loaned out to Ipswich on Thursday.

2.45pm: Hello and welcome to this afternoon's game. Sorry for the slightly late start, was waiting outside for this planned protest to see if anything happened, but it didn't so I just ended up standing there getting cold instead!
