Harlequins will attempt to break two world records on Saturday and help raise crucial funds for Sport Relief.

In keeping with the club's tradition the first of the records will be to hit the highest number of people wearing jester hats at any one time, while the second is to beat the most consecutive rugby passes.

This record stands at 279, and is held by Hybu Pobl Ifanc and the Newport Gwent Dragons.

So in the week before England take on Wales at Twickenham, Quins will aim to beat their record at the Stoop during the half-time interval in the Aviva Premiership match against Worcester Warriors..

Alongside Harlequins and England players, coaches and staff, Harlequins supporters will come together to have fun and raise money for this very worthwhile cause.

All money raised will go towards Sport Relief which supports essential projects at home and abroad and changes lives forever.

As one of the UK's biggest fundraising events, Sport Relief brings the entire nation together to get active, raise cash and change lives.

Comic Relief spends the money raised by the public to give extremely vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the UK and throughout the world a helping hand to turn their lives around.

Harlequins customer experience manager Jessica Webb said: "This is the perfect opportunity for all of our supporters to have some fun and raise money for a very worthwhile cause.

"We are sure it will be very entertaining and would encourage everyone to come to the Stoop on Saturday, join in and help us raise huge amounts of money for this fantastic charity.”
