Firefighters called to Battersea flat fire

Firefighters had the fire in Prince of Wales Drive under control quickly
Firefighters were called to a flat fire in Battersea last night.
No-one was home when the fire in the top floor flat took hold.
A crew from Clapham fire station were called to Prince of Wales Drive just before 9.30pm.
A spokesman said: "The fire was in the bedroom. There was some fire damage, but mainly cosmetic smoke damage as we had it under control quite quickly."
