Amen Corner, Tooting
I'm not sure where people get the five or six seconds crossing at Amen Corner.
I have checked this out a number of times.
When the red man goes to green, there are six or seven seconds before the count down comes in showing 13 seconds when it goes to zero.
There are six to seven seconds before the traffic lights change. This gives nearly half a minute to cross.
