this weekend we saw a much better performance from Wandsworth based Banter FC. Playing host to AFC Beeches, and winning the game 3-1. The first half was hard fought and even, with chances gained by both sides. The defining moments from the half were when Ricky Burgess dropped his shoulder to lose his marker, and unleash an unstoppable 25 yard shot to make it 1-0, also two excellent saves from Banter FC's new keeper Alex Burridge. AFC Beeches staged a spirited comeback in the second half which had them level by the 55th minute. Banter FC then made some changes, and finally put the game beyond reach with goals from Marcus Jarvis, and Bas Morally.
