Little Linguist Nursery School Limited is the brainchild of Daniella Goodman, a young mother who nurtured a dream for ten years, of owning her own nursery. Spurred on by her inability to find suitable early years child care for her young son Michaiah, Daniella has now realised her dream in the form of Little Linguists Nursery Limited.
Little Linguists? Well, as the name suggests, this unique 0-5 year old nursery will expose children to languages (French to begin with) from an early age. This is what sets this day care setting apart from most, if not all other day care provision in London currently.
The benefits of bilingual learning are numerous - new research is showing the bilingual brain is quicker, nimbler and even resists Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia longer. Future languages are also easier to learn, which is valuable in light of the fact that “Over 300 languages are currently spoken in London schools”
