Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux is reviewing client service delivery in order to improve quality and accessibility.
To assist in this task, our telephone advice service that has operated on Wednesday afternoons from 2-4pm will be suspended to allow for service development and staff training.
Please note that: - This is a temporary measure from week commencing 21 October 2013, which will be reviewed in January 2014 - Both Mission House (Battersea) and Roehampton Bureaux will be open at advertised times on Wednesday mornings - All other service arrangements will be unaffected.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause in the short term. In the longer term this will result in improvements to our service for individuals and the local community.
