Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission
Proposed development at Canbury car park, 12-52 Kingsgate Road, and 13-43 Richmond Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, London, KT2 5AA.
I give notice that Kingston Gate Properties Limited is applying to the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames for planning permission for the following development: Hybrid application for up to 445 no. residential dwellings comprising:
Detailed application for Canbury Place car park and 12-52 Kingsgate Road for the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of two buildings to provide 372 no. residential apartments (use class C3), 1,738 sqm office/retail space (flexible use class B1a/A1-A3), 734 sqm nursery/offices (flexible use class D1/B1a) and 696 sqm gym/offices/retail (flexible use class D2/B1a/A1-A3) with associated access, parking and landscaping arrangements, including the stopping up of Kingsgate Road.
Outline application, with all matters reserved except access, for 1343 Richmond Road for the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a building to provide up to 73 no. residential apartments (use class C3), and up to 739 sqm retail space (use classes A1-A3)."
