NOTICE IS GIVEN under Section 122 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Wandsworth Borough Council of Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU intends to appropriate land forming part of the housing estate to the south of the Randall Close Car Park South of 1 Randall Close, London, SW11 3TG that is considered used as open space (as defined by s336 Town and Country Planning Act 1990) to planning purposes with the intention of building a new mixed tenure development with homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and market sale.
