TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2015 Notice under Article 10 for non-material amendments to planning permission
Proposed development at: Palmerston Way Battersea London SW8 4AJ; 1-3 Havelock Terrace Battersea London SW8 4AS; The Pavilion Public House 1 Bradmead London SW8 4AG; and Flanagan's of Battersea Public House 133 Battersea Park Road London SW8 4AG (Site known as 'Palmerston Court')
We give notice that: Urbanest UK Battersea Limited Is applying to The London Borough of Wandsworth to make non-material amendments to a planning permission as follows:
"Amendments to planning permission dated 8* March 2021 (Reference No: 2020/2837); NAMELY: (i) refinements to the building bases and entrances; (ii) amendments to fenestration and facade articulation; (III) amendments at roof level to the approved parapet heights of Blocks B and D; (iv) amendments to the approved floorplans; (v) amendments to the student amenity provision." Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Housing and Community Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU, or email

within 14 days from the date of this notice.
