We give notice that: Urbanest UK Battersea Limited
Is applying to
The London Borough of Wandsworth
to make non-material amendments to a planning permission as follows:
"Application under Section 9BA of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for Non-Material Amendments to planning permission reference 2020/2837 dated 8 March 2021 (RN: 2020/2837) to allow for amendments to the wording of planning condition 23 to allow for details to be submitted and approved before works on the relevant part Is begun."

Any owner of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Housing and Community Services, London Borough of Wandsworth, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU, or email within 14 days from the date of this notice.
