We have had many wonderful years here in Sunningdale Road. When we bought it, we had looked at many properties around here, but on much busier roads, so when we found this house we knew we had to have it! It was the perfect place to raise our family & we have loved being so close to Sutton town centre and great transport links. It was especially good to be able to walk to the local school in the mornings all those years ago!

It's very quiet around here, and the neighbours are lovely. Most of which are young families these days, and such a pleasure to stop and chat to on the driveway. We have decided that we want to downsize and get somewhere smaller and more manageable but will truly miss this place.
