If you have been struggling in the search for your forever home, then we might be about to make your day. This lovely four bedroom extended home has enough space for all of the family, and great potential. Set within a quiet residential road, and walking distance from both Westbourne Primary school and West Sutton train station, this property is ideal for young families and commuters. The house itself has been lived in by its current owners for many years, and is the perfect buy for someone looking to get creative and put their stamp on somewhere. It has been extended during their years here, with the addition of a loft conversion & a kitchen extension, meaning there is versatile accommodation and living space on all three floors. Downstairs, this home has the bonus of having two separate receptions rooms. The front lounge is cosy yet spacious, you can really imagine yourself winding down here after a long day in the office! The back reception room is currently another living space, but could be the perfect dining room that overlooks your beautiful garden. The kitchen has plenty of worktop& storage space, and could be transformed into a really impressive space. Upstairs, all bedrooms are excellent sizes and three out of four have built in storage. The room on the second floor also has the potential to have an en-suite added. The driveway has plenty of room for two cars, but if you have visitors there is always plenty of space on the road to park for free too. What the Owner says:

We have had many wonderful years here in Sunningdale Road. When we bought it, we had looked at many properties around here, but on much busier roads, so when we found this house we knew we had to have it! It was the perfect place to raise our family & we have loved being so close to Sutton town centre and great transport links. It was especially good to be able to walk to the local school in the mornings all those years ago!

It's very quiet around here, and the neighbours are lovely. Most of which are young families these days, and such a pleasure to stop and chat to on the driveway. We have decided that we want to downsize and get somewhere smaller and more manageable but will truly miss this place.
