If you’ve been on Twitter this morning, you’ll know it’s the last day to register to vote in the General Election because the hashtag #RegisterToVote is EVERYWHERE.
A large number of the tweets trying to give the country a last-minute push are being sent directly to the king of anti-voting himself, Russell Brand.
Some are seeing whether he’s changed his mind:
Some are ambushing his promotion of his new documentary film:
Some are making it really easy for him to fill in the form:
Some are seeing the funny side of his stance on voting:
Others are letting him know they think it’s pretty sad:
Even his fans are turning against him:
It seems the people of Twitter just like winding him up:
Either by using mildly offensive language:
Or by getting a bit more shouty and angry:
C’mon Russell, the people have tweeted.
