A proposal to introduce legislation to evict tenants convicted of rioting is fundamentally unfair and flawed.
It would, presumably, exempt those who live in a property owned by their family (possibly with financial assistance from the council)?
I do not condone rioting but justice should be seen to be fair to all and this proposal would punish section of society more severely than another.
As a result, it is likely to create more problems than it solves.
