Brit award nominee Sandi Thom is returning to where her career first started.

The 'I Wish I was a Punk Rocker' singer will be performing a gig in Tooting Market as part of her world tour.

Thom's started her career posting music online from her flat in Tooting.

She shot to fame and hit the number one slot with 'I Wish I was a Punk Rocker' in 2006.

Over the past six years she has sold more than one millions albums, received a Brit award nomination and has won a Digital Music Award.

Platinum selling début album Smile it Confuses People went onto rave reviews, as well as blues rock record 'Merchants and Thieves' which was recorded with her boyfriend Joe Bonamassa.

Her latest release 'Flesh and Blood' has drawn the likes of The Black Crowes and Bobby Keys to work with her.

Buffy Sainte-Marie also appears on the record in a duet with Thom, entitled 'The Big Ones Get Away.'
