A list revealing the prices of homes in Christmas movies has shown that Natalie’s home in Love Actually at the ‘dodgy end’ of Wandsworth is worth £1.1 million.
When Love Actually was released in 2003, the same house would have been worth approximately £255,024.
The iconic scene where the Prime Minister, played by Hugh Grant, found Natalie, played by Martine McCutcheon, was filmed in Herne Hill.
The list, compiled by online estate agent eMoov, also shows that a Surrey cottage like Kate Winslet’s in The Holiday would be worth £725,000 in 2016 compared to £474,561 in 2006.
