Police in Wandsworth have recently released footage of two moped riders who stole a watch in broad daylight earlier this year in an attempt to find them.
At the end of June, on the riverside pathway that runs between Battersea Bridge and Albert Bridge, a male in his early 60s was walking home when two thieves on a bike slowed down and dragged him to the ground from behind.
The passenger on the moped stole the victim’s watch before scurrying back to the moped and riding off.
The male is said to have sustained minimal injuries.
Officers are asking the public to assist in locating the two suspects.
If you have any information regarding the attack, you can call anonymously on 101 or via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
