A woman was taken to hospital after she was hit by a car in Wandsworth High Street this morning.
Police were called to the scene shortly after 6am today (April 11) to reports of a car hitting a pedestrian.
A Met Police spokesman said she was taken to hospital with a leg injury, however it’s not deemed to be life-threatening.
He added that officers are still currently at the scene of the incident.
No further information on the woman’s condition is currently known, however, three out of four lanes are currently closed in the area and tailbacks are reaching up to Battersea Rise, according to Transport for London (TfL).
