A Wandsworth independent health and care champion want to hear from people who use services across the borough.
Healthwatch Wandsworth have launched the #ItStartsWithYou campaign for a second year to encourage the local community to share their experiences to help make health and care better.
As the NHS is celebrating its 70th Birthday, the campaign highlights the difference that people are already making to health and social care service.
Dr Clive Norris, Healthwatch Wandsworth chairman, said: “This is all about making your local health and social care services even better. So please tell us what's going well and suggest what might be done differently.”
The organisation is inviting people to tell their experiences by completing a short survey, which will help to make sure your views are heard by decision makers.
