Winterville has returned to Clapham Common for the second year in a row, with the popular Ice Rink and Backyard Cinema coming back to Wandsworth, amongst many other attractions.

After last years’ success, Winterville returns with a rich programme covering everything from Twisted Wheels Roller Disco and Backyard Cinema to educational workshops from Okido, and Bus King theatre.

It opened on Thursday (November 15) and will remain open through to Sunday, December 23, and will be offering a range of discounts to locals.

Lambeth and Wandsworth residents, and local business employees would be able to claim 50 per cent off ice skating sessions before 7pm during the week, and 10 per cent off after 7pm on weekdays and anytime over the weekend.

Schools around the area would also able to make use of the discounts, with ice skating tickets just £3 for school children during the week, during the week before 7pm, and discounts for schools looking for group bookings.

After a successful partnership with Lambeth College of last year, they are teaming up again in creating work experience opportunities for students. Royal trinity Hospice would also be there, hosting their own show on the opening Sunday.
