A petition has been launched to stop the extension of the Ultra Low Emission Zone stretching to the North and South Circular roads.
It has already garnered nearly 19,000 signatures from Londoners who believe this expansion will price them off the roads.
The Mayor of London confirmed this change earlier this year and it will start affecting drivers in 2021.
Older cars and vans will have to pay a daily fee to travel around London in a bid to lower pollution and emissions to the city.
You can sign the petition here.
It will soon cost £12.50 a day to drive to and from work for cars and motorbikes and £100 a day for lorries, buses and coaches.
Sadiq Khan is committed to improving the health of Londoners by reducing toxic air that is currently responsible for thousands of premature deaths.
However, the petition wants to stop not only the expansion onto the North and South Circular but also to the M25.
The petition says this is just the beginning to letting the government control our livelihoods and freedom to own a car.
