An emergency incident is affecting train services between Surbiton and Clapham Junction.
Delays of up to ten minutes are expected, and some trains may be revised or cancelled.
Emergency services have dealt with an incident onboard a train, the nature of which is not yet clear.
The disruption is expected to continue until 12pm.
