A Wandsworth man was one of two people arrested last week on suspicion of drugs supply.
The two men were arrested on the Isle of Sheppey on for the suspected drug offences after the car they were travelling in reportedly failed to stop when requested to do so on January 3
When the vehicle continued driving, a pursuit took place. It ended when the suspect vehicle came to a stop in a field off Queenborough Road, Queenborough, at around 1pm.
A 55-year-old man from Wandsworth was subsequently arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug, dangerous driving, failing to stop when requested to do so, aggravated vehicle taking and driving under the influence of drugs.
A 27-year-old man was also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug and aggravated vehicle taking.
Both have been released, pending further enquiries.
