Emergency services are on the scene in Roehampton after they were called to reports of a man threatening to jump from a building.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service to Danebury Avenue in Roehampton shortly after 12 noon today (April 3).
Scotland Yard say officers are “attempting to engage with the male” while road closures and cordons are currently in place.
The situation is currently ongoing, the force added.
Roehampton police's official Twitter account urged people to avoid Holybourne Avenue, at the junction with Danebury Avenue, due to the ongoing incident.
Meanwhile, TfL say bus routes 170 and 430 are terminating at Earl Spencer at the moment.
