A man is being held by police on suspicion of terrorism offences.
As part of a pre-planned operation on the morning on April 24, Met Police officers attended a home in south-west London where they arrested a 20-year-old man under section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
He was taken to a south London police station where he currently remains in police custody.
Police have said the arrest is Syria-related.
Officers continue to carry out searches at the address and enquiries are ongoing.
