Two teenagers have been charged with the murder of an 18-year-old in Wandsworth.
Mohammed Nadir Dafallah, 18, from Wandsworth and a 17-year-old boy from Merton have been charged after a fatal stabbing on Deeside Road in Wandsworth on Friday (June 14), Scotland Yard said.
They will appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on June 17.
Police were called at 4.42pm on June 14 following reports of a stabbing.
Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a male, believed to be aged in his late teens in a critical condition.
He died at the scene a short while later.
Formal identification awaits. Police are in the process of informing the victim’s next of kin.
Yesterday six men were arrested and taken to different south London police stations for questioning.
The Homicide and Major Crime Command will be leading on this investigation in close partnership with police in Wandsworth.
Local residents can expect an enhanced police presence in the area.
