A man has been charged following an incident where a victim was subjected to monkey noises and actions on the London Underground.
The incident happened at about 11.50pm on March 8 onboard a tube at Stockwell Underground station.
The victim was a man in his 20s.
William Gratton, 24, of Huron Road in Tooting Bec has been charged with racially aggravated harassment and threatening behaviour.
He is currently on bail and is due to appear at Westminster Magistrates Court tomorrow (June 20).
