A man has been arrested at Blackheath Station after causing a disturbance on a Dartford-bound train earlier this afternoon.
Southeastern railways tweeted that officers from the British Transport Police were called to deal with a "disruptive passenger" shortly before 4pm today.
A passenger who was travelling on that train at time, but did not wish to be named, told the News Shopper that the man in question had boarded the train at Peckham Rye before shouting at other commuters.
He then reportedly "barged his way" down the carriage, which had "lots of kids" in it, in a "menacing" fashion before a concerned passenger then reported him to the BTP.
However, a number of irritated people had reportedly confronted the irate man before officers arrived and took him off the train.
A BTP spokeswoman confirmed that officers responded to reports of a man causing a disturbance at Blackheath Station and that he was arrested on suspicion of being in breach of his bail conditions.
All trains are now moving at the station following the incident.
