Bromley police are currently on the scene of a house fire in Orpington, which has since been extinguished.
Officers were called to Petten Grove in the last hour.
Three people including a child have been taken to hospital believed to be suffering smoke inhilation.
London Fire Brigade and London Ambulance Service are also in attendance.
LFB are advising you to avoid the area.
TfL said: "The Routes 353 R4 R9 have been diverted from Petten Grove due to a building fire. The 353 is curtailed to Ramsden Road.
"The R4 is missing the stops between Brow Crescent and Ramsden Road, and the R9 towards Orpington between Ramsden Road and Wilmington Avenue."
An investigation has now been launched.
